Bristol brands itself as the UK's Green Capital and the city's LSP commissioned a report on Peak Oil 'Building a positive future for Bristol after peak oil.'

Although it was published in 2007, with peak oil creeping up the agenda again, it may be a useful reference document for other local authorities.
