For those with mobility problems taxis are readily available from the rail station and can drop off outside the main front door.  The building is fully accessible.

There is a bus stop (Broome Place, Chester Street) directly outside the building (river side) served by the bus services 6, 7, 501 and 576.  For details call 0871 200 22 33 or use   Text phone users can ring 0870 241 22 16.  Lines are open 07.00 - 22.30 every day.

Coton Hill has parking on the river side of the road (time limited to 3 hours).  There is on-street parking on Chester Street towards the town centre which is "Pay and Display".  but is limited to 60 minutes.
