Marches Energy Agency is a not for profit organisation and a registered charity (number 1070942). We are also a company limited by guarantee (number 3443349) so all our trustees are also directors.

Charity trustees are the people who form the governing body of a charity. They work together as a team, and have collective responsibility for controlling the management and administration of the charity. It is their ultimate responsibility for directing the affairs of the charity, ensuring that it is solvent and well-run, and delivering the charitable outcomes for the benefit of the public for which it was set up.

All our trustees serve as volunteers, and receive no payment (other than to repay necessary out-of-pocket expenses incurred).
