Marches Energy Advice (MEA) is a charity dedicated to helping people live with dignity at home, where cold doesn’t affect physical and mental health, and staying warm is more affordable. We work to ensure that no one should choose between warmth and wellbeing, and that high energy bills don’t cause stress or hardship.

Vulnerable householders being supported to live in homes where staying warm is not a concern.

Flexible, compassionate crisis support to be available to those who need it most, to mitigate the impacts of cold homes while longer-term interventions are arranged.

Support agencies, local authorities, and communities to work together to share knowledge to create vibrant and resilient places.

Promoting trusted local companies to install energy saving measures that work, and which use a local workforce, thereby helping to retain money in our local economies.

Well-informed householders making their homes more energy efficient, warmer and cheaper to run, producing significantly less carbon and generating their own power.
