Telford Energy Advice (TEA) is Telford’s free, friendly and impartial energy advice service for Telford & Wrekin Council residents, managed by Marches Energy in partnership with Telford Crisis Support and Telford Citizens Advice. We’re here to support you by phone, online, at community events and through home visits.

Our support includes:

• Personalised energy advice.
• Help to resolve energy debts and disputes.
• Home visits and HEAT app energy audits. 
• Support to access grants and funding for home energy efficiency improvements
• Training for groups working with local people to improve energy awareness and support
