Warmer Derby & Derbyshire (WDD) is Derbyshire’s free and impartial energy advice service for all Derby & Derbyshire Council residents. The service is managed by Marches Energy Advice in partnership with Derby Bosnia-Herzegovina Community Association and Citizen’s Advice Mid-Mercia. We are here to support you on the phone, online, at community events and through home visits.

Our support includes:

• Personalised energy advice.
• Help to resolve energy debts and disputes.
• Home visits and HEAT app energy audits. 
• Support to access grants and funding for home energy efficiency improvements.
• Training for groups working with local people to support with energy issues and awareness.
